I am writing
a "to be"
bucket list.
Here's mine
so far.
I'd love you to join in the
process and share what's on your list too.
Wonderful Ways to
BE
Before I Die
feel
at home in my own skin, relax, quiet my mind and body, calm down, move through uncomfortable feelings without numbing myself, eliminate blame, laugh at my quirks, move my body freely, find joy in the mundane, relish simple, feel excitement waking up, believe in goodness, act kindly even when I am out of sorts, ask for help, accept a gift, live with zest, take myself lightly, be present for those I love, check my attitude, detach from my moods, smile at strangers, smile because, laugh until tears run down my checks, be thankful that my heart can
be moved, cry openly, apologize freely, know that sticking up for myself and those less fortunate is a
worthy cause, overcome obstacles, recognize truth, put aside judging myself and others, trust that everyone is forgiven, believe in redemption even for myself, keep worries in check, speak for a noble cause, accept grace, acknowledge my spirit, sing songs of praise, dance dances of joy, move gently, talk softly, stay flexible, accept that death is coming, go easy when the smiling reaper comes, love fully even then.
